Repos Energy India Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in fuel distribution systems, has announced that it will recruit at least 300 new employees by the end of FY2022.
The company has commenced the recruitment drive with a vision to strengthen its position and expand its reach across all states in India. It also plans to venture into the global market in the coming years.
According to sources, Repos is looking for potential candidates for subdivisions like e-commerce, technology, graphic designing, content creation, and development, just to name a few.
Confirming the news, the co-Founder of Repos Energy, Aditi Bhosale Walunj, stated that with new advancements and innovations in the energy distribution sector, the company is trying to implement different approaches to hire people. She further added that the company provides a platform that encourages prospective employees to think and perform without having to stick to traditional norms.
The firm, in its official statement, said that there are not many companies operating in the oil, gas, and energy sector, which makes the job market in this segment niche. Hence, Repos is working to bring variations in the energy distribution model, while making market penetration easier by bringing in new fuel entrepreneurs in the industry.
For the unversed, Repos is one of the major energy distributors in India that works on delivering energy at doorsteps through an innovative mobile fuel station which can be replaced with sustainable energy resources in the future.
Presently, the firm operates in 177 cities and five union territories in India. It is anticipated that the fuel distribution major will hire more than 6000 employees in the next three to four years to facilitate its geographical expansion plans.
Notably, the organization currently provides diesel delivery systems to promote proper fuel utilization and minimize carbon footprints, while also ensuring end-user satisfaction.
