The acquisition is expected to help PathGroup expand its operations in the dermatopathology sector, whilst offering advanced clinical and molecular pathology services for existing SkinDx clients.
PathGroup aims at committing and strategizing programs to offer dermatologists clinical services, and inclusion of SkinDx will further extends this mission. The acquisition adds up to the previous one of Atlanta Dermatopathology.
SkinDx and PathGroup will work in tandem to offer extensive dermatopathology services for patients and physicians in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.
With a team of over 185 pathologists, PathGroup covers every subsegment and expands the company’s goal of offering premium pathology services.
