LTT Services collaborates with Mavenir for Open RAN, 5G automation

L&T Technology Services Limited, a pioneer in pure-play engineering services, recently announced a strategic collaboration with Mavenir to offer integrated 5G automation services and Open RAN.

Reports suggest that the automation services is likely to include Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation of the 5G ORAN collection of DU/RU/CU products, in conjugation with the Cloud Native 5G SA and NSA core network product, for supporting TDD technology and FDD technology.

It has been reported that LTTS would potentially contribute to the accentuation of Mavenir’s cloud-native product profile fueling the market share in 5G telecom landscape. The engagement between Mavenir and LTTS also allows a unique opportunity for co-creation and contributes to a joint go-to-market strategy, thus driving innovation in the 5G business space towards Enterprises and CSPs.

Moreover, LTTS’ testing, development, and integration services delivered from its Bengaluru site would potentially include advanced automation capabilities, subject matter expertise, and patented platforms and tools enabling speedy and cost-effective integration of a wide range of ORAN DU/RU/CU applications and products.

Speaking on the latest partnership, CEO and Managing Director at LTTS, Amit Chadha explained that the alliance allows both the companies to drive the solutions and better serve the global demand for enriched and connectivity services.

Amit further mentioned that at LTTS, the company is seeking to deliver a world-class and holistic automation solution to Mavenir and also emerge out as a hub for accelerating innovations in the 5G market space.

Meanwhile, President and CEO of Mavenir, Pardeep Kohli stated that its partnerships with some of the leading global mobile service providers have set increased expectations amongst the company stakeholders. That said, with LTTS’ robust proficiency in 5G, Mavenir is pleased to strike a partnership with the company to move ahead with its go-to-market strategy.
