HungryPanda acquires EASI & BUY@HOME to enhance business operations

HungryPanda, the largest overseas Chinese food delivery company, has recently announced acquiring EASI- an Australian food delivery platform and BUY@HOME- a New Zealand-based Asian food delivery platform.

These transactions will assist HungryPanda in improving its local operations, enabling restaurants for achieving greater business accomplishment and enhancing the consumer experience by broadening their choice of reliable Asian restaurants.

Amid the successful raising of the US$130 million funds for HungryPanda in December 2021, the latest transaction would now place the business strongly to take over the overseas Asian food delivery market globally.

HungryPanda, founded in 2017, has been known as one of the largest international Asian food delivery platforms in ten countries, including Australia, the UK and the US, operating across more than 60 cities.

Moreover, it is now likely to emerge as the leader in Asian food delivery in Australia and New Zealand with this transaction, bringing the top choice of authentic Asian food to customers in all the main cities.

Kelu Liu, Founder and CEO of HungryPanda said that these acquisitions are a breakthrough milestone for HungryPanda to build one of the top overseas Asian food delivery platforms.

Liu added that by merging its top-class technology and delivery network with the broader coverage of restaurants, the firm plans to serve more consumers. Moreover, HungryPanda is extremely pleased about the possibilities coming forth for its business in these important markets.

He also mentioned that improving the local Asian food delivery service is only the first step. The firm is constantly devoted to offering a complete Asian grocery and fresh food delivery service with the long-term goal of establishing a complete one-stop lifestyle service for foreign Chinese and residents who have an interest in Asian food culture.
