AIMA Technology, Juiced Bikes collaborate on global expansion

AIMA Technology, one of the leading Chinese e-bike producers, has formed a strategic alliance with US e-bike maker, Juiced Bikes.

Tora Harris, Founder of Juiced Bikes, and Su Yuhang, GM of AIMA Technology's international business unit, has signed a strategic agreement to offer top-quality products and technical support to Juiced Bikes in the United States.

Under this agreement, both the firms are expected to deepen and strengthen their strategic collaboration by using their respective expertise in channel resources, technologies and resource sharing, with the long-term goal of building a win-win situation for both businesses.

As part of the agreement, AIMA will ally with Juiced Bikes as an OEM as well as at the manufacturing, brand, and technology level in a bid to build a mutually beneficial collaboration, along with their future collaborations expected especially for involving growing reach in China, US and several other markets across Asia.

Mr. Su, while addressing the ceremony, said that after enlightening communications with Juiced Bikes, it was found that both the firms have shared values. The company is looking forward to collaborating with US firms in the areas of business and capital to lower operating costs and generate greater value for both companies.

Juiced Bikes was founded in 2008 by Olympic athlete and Princeton University graduate Tora Harris and is headquartered in California. It is known for its high-speed, high-power e-bikes.

In the United States, the company has set a new benchmark for manufacturing the most desired electric bicycles in terms of several KPIs (key performance indicators), including mileage, speed, reliability, and power.

Notably, this agreement marks to be a significant step in the effort of AIMA to implement its global expansion strategy completely. Furthermore, the firm intends to enlarge the foreign trade sector, featuring its premium range of products and technologies.
