E-commerce service provider, ANS Commerce has disclosed plans to recruit around 400 people across product building, operations, and tech, making its headcount to 600 in FY2022. Recently, the company raised USD 2.2 million in pre-series A funding round.
According to ANS Commerce, it plans to triple the employee headcount from 200 to 600 by FY22 and is looking to hire candidates across multiple domains like tech, operations, product building, business development via multiple hiring channels.
Multiple in-house assessments and recruiting management plans have been made for shortlisting prospective candidates by the e-commerce service provider.
ANS Commerce said that it had taken multiple steps to lessen the impact of conscious or subconscious biases while hiring people and offering equal opportunities to everyone.
The hiring will be based on assessments like objective tests, exercises, and assignments to showcase their skills, as it will be the fundamental measure for recruitment.
In addition, the firm is attempting to overcome language obstacles so that candidates may communicate in their preferred language.
Nakul Singh, Co-Founder of ANS Commerce, said the firm is ramping up its staff to accelerate its growth.
The firm intends to hire people from various backgrounds to increase cultural diversity, and traditional criteria such as attending a prestigious institution or working for a well-known company will not be considered, Singh said.
